Job Description

Performs a wide range of tasks and duties for an Executive of Landmark. 


  • Acts as a representative for the Executive to other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff such as CEO’s, Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents and Officers. Handles confidential and sensitive information.

  • Demonstrates being responsible: Is willing to stand in the view of being cause in the matter in any situation, and at any time, and work out what there is to work out from this perspective.

  • Operates with integrity: Has a track record of, and demonstrates that they are reliable for honoring their word and doing complete work.

  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle both important and sensitive situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

  • Prioritizes large volumes of incoming information and communications, and delivers them to the Executive in a clear, concise & effective way.

  • Manages internal and external communications with and for the Executive, including recommending a course of action and drafting proposed responses.  Handles correspondence not requiring the personal attention of the Executive.

  • Works independently on special non-recurring as well as ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special projects, at the request of the Executive, which may include planning and coordinating multiple tasks and disseminating complete, accurate, and usable information.

  • Performs other administrative tasks as assigned.



  • Current or former Staff member, Course Supervisor Level 3 or 4, and/or Introduction Leader currently leading effectively.

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; with two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications such as word processing and spreadsheet software, i.e. Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
