Go beyond merely getting fit and cause a breakthrough in your vitality, fitness, and well-being.

From spending hours in the gym and eating healthy food to trying various diets and struggling with past habits—we seem to alternate between relating to our bodies as vehicles for looking good and a set of problems to be managed. Yet if we consider our bodies from another perspective, it gives us a different access.

This seminar will explore a dimension beyond our notions of fitness—a level of stamina and ease where old habits are no longer an issue, and where our bodies serve as a full expression of continuing health and well-being. This is not a health, nutrition, or weight-loss seminar, but one that explores fitness from the real possibility of being fit for life. You’ll design an environment that allows for the fulfillment of your intentions and will renew your ability to generate fitness in your work, play, relationships, and all aspects of life.
